You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:30am MST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:30am MST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: Saturday delivery is not available.
We only ship to addresses in the USA.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and UPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.
If your billing address is within Boulder, Colorado city limits then the option to pick up your order at our store will be made available. There is no charge for this service.
We do not ship outside the USA.
If you would like to send your purchase as a gift and hide the prices on the packing slip, you can do so at checkout. We can also gift wrap the entire order as an option at checkout and we charge $5.00 for this service.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached.
Alpine Modern will pay for return shipping if item arrives damaged or defective.
Please note: You may send returns back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
